REGISTRATION DATES: Saturday, January 7th from 12-2pm and Tuesday, January 24th from 4-6pm

Beginning January 2nd through February 10th

Accepting applications from 10-2pm, Monday through Friday

REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 2/10/2012 WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST

AND CHARGED A LATE FEE OF $10.00 PER PLAYER IF CALLED TO REGISTER.*** NO REFUNDS***

Games will begin in March and will be played through May. There may be evening games. 6/7 games for the spring season.

Under 11 and above teams travel throughout the city. Practices will start around mid February (coaches will contact players about practice days and locations). **Fee includes a team t shirt**

NEW PLAYERS:

1) A COPY of their birth certificate (we will keep the copy).

2) One small wallet-sized picture.

3) A SSGSL/USYSA registration form (available at registrations).

4) A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER (NO CASH EXCEPTED) made payable to SSGSL in the appropriate amount.

RETURNING PLAYERS:

1) One small wallet-sized picture.

2) A SSGSL/USYSA registration form (available at registrations).

3) A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER (NO CASH EXCEPTED) made payable to SSGSL in the appropriate amount.

List of things you will need for the season: 1) Shin guards. 2) Sports shoes or cleats. 3) Soccer ball of the following sizes: (Under 5/6/7/8-size #3), (Under 9/10/11/12-size #4), (Under 13 and above-size #5).

PARENTS

COACHES AND ASSISTANT COACHES ARE NEEDED TO INSURE THAT ALL GIRLS, INCLUDING YOURS, HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY. COACHING IS EASY-FUN-EXCITING AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH YOUR CHILD. BRING 2 SMALL WALLET-SIZED PICTURES TO REGISTRATION.***NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED*** CLASSES OFFERED***

NO JEWELRY IS ALLOWED DURING GAMES.

PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR CHILD’S EARS PIERCED IF STUDS CANNOT BE REMOVED OR PUT BEADS IN THEIR

HAIR DURING THE SEASON.

TEAM SIGN UPS FOR SPRING 2012

When signing up your returning (from fall 2011) team for spring, please bring the following to the SSGSL office (5650 W. Charleston Blvd. #13 - LV, NV 89146):

Medical releases are good from the fall 2011 for your returning players –YOU ARE RSPONSIBLE AS THE COACH TO MAKE SURE THE MEDICAL RELEASE IS SIGNED BY THE PARENT – must be in your possession for all practices and games.

Player passes are good from the fall 2011 for your returning players

Fees for each player, PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE A NO CASH POLICY – CHECK OR MONEY ORDER EXCEPTED ONLY

Any new players added (from another team that played in fall 2011 or never played in our league) to your team, you will need 1 picture, fee, completed registration form and copy of their birth certificate, if new to the league.
