Recreational program for girls ages 4 through 18.

Practices should start the beginning of March with games starting the end of March or beginning of April. Season to end in late May or early June.

You may keep your recreational fall team together for the spring season. A coach/team parent may collect the registration fees from the parents and register the team at one time.

U5 play two simultaneous games of 3 v 3

U6 play two simultaneous games of 4 v 4

U7 & U8 play 7 v 7

U9 & U10 play 8 v 8

U11 and above teams play 6 v 6

	1)	A COPY of their birth certificate (we will keep the copy)
	2)	One small wallet-size picture
	3)	A signed SSGSL/USYSA registration form (available at registrations)
	4)	Check or money order for $55.00 made payable to SSGSL (NO cash please)

FOR RETURNING PLAYERS:		Played Sept–Nov 2009
	1)	One small wallet-size picture
	2)	A signed SSGSL/USYSA registration form (available at registrations)

INCOMPLETE PAPERWORK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!

List of things you will need for the season:

1) Shin guards

2) Sports shoes or cleats

3) Soccer ball of the following sizes:

No center toe cleat or metal cleats.

Under 5/6/7/8-size #3

Under 9/10/11/12-size #4

Under 13 and above-size #5

NO JEWELRY IS ALLOWED DURING SOCCER SEASON. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR CHILD’S EARS PIERCED IF STUDS CANNOT BE REMOVED OR PUT BEADS IN THEIR HAIR DURING THE SEASON.

COACHES AND ASSISTANT COACHES ARE NEEDED

TO INSURE THAT ALL GIRLS, INCLUDING YOURS, HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY. COACHING IS EASY-FUN-EXCITING AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH YOUR CHILD. ***NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED*** CLASSES OFFERED***
