Spring Fling 2010, May 22nd - May 23rd
Coach/Team Manager,
Please read the
information below regarding this year’s Spring Fling Tournament.
Thank you for participating and I hope you and your players have an
enjoyable experience and come back next year! Please remember
to drink plenty of water and bring your sun block!

is North/East (home team is listed first on the schedule)
Visitor
is South/West

All players
will receive a tournament pin.
-
Awards for 1st and 2nd place will be given to U9 and above age
groups only.
U5 through U8 teams will be receiving participation awards
(no standings
kept).

All awards
will be given out at the main tent after your last match or
final on Sunday. This includes the participation awards for
U/5-U/8. Please bring your team to the main tent so that the
tournament staff can present the awards.

Tournament Logo Shirts in a variety of styles will be available for
purchase at the tournament. This year’s t-shirt vendor,
Northwest Designs, will personalize your t-shirt with your team
name and a roster list on the back.
Pre-orders are not necessary. Shirts will be
produced on site.

Team check in
will be Friday night (May 21st) prior to the start of
the tournament at the League Office – 5650 W. Charleston #13
from 6pm-8pm. We will also have an early check in during the
week from 10:00am to 2pm, Tuesday through Friday. Coaches/Team Managers must bring all
medical releases, player passes/player cards, and any
completed
guest player forms. All players must be registered with USYSNV.

Nets/flags. You do not need to bring your nets or
flags as they will be supplied by the tournament.
As always, PLEASE remember to pick up any trash on your sidelines.
(Orange/Banana peels are considered trash; do not leave them
behind!).
Field marshals
will check in your team before
each game.
Please look at the enclosed map. If you are on field’s 1A/1B &
2A/B check in with station #1
– field’s 3A/B, 4A/B & 8A check in with
station #2 – field’s
5A/B, 6A/B & 9A/B check in with
station #3. We will also have a trainer.
We will also be
having our raffle again this year.
Tickets are 5 for $1.00.
Drawings will be held throughout the day.
The winning tickets will be posted by the main tent.
Must present winning ticket to collect prize.
