Returning Teams Sign-Up Information

Returning Team Registration Only

(For teams registered in Fall 2007)

 When signing up your returning team for spring please bring the following to the SSGSL office:

• 1 picture of each player and returning coach (you may also turn in the big player card from Fall 2007).  Keep the medical releases from Fall 2007.

• $50.00 fee per player (INCLUDES A TEAM T-SHIRT).

• Any new players (from another team that played in fall or never played in our league) to your team will need 1 picture, correct fee, completed USYSA registration form and copy of their birth certificate, if new to the league.

• Office league hours:  9:00 am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.

• Early registration begins December 1, 2007 at the League office.

Spring 2008 registrations dates will be posted after January 1, 2008.
