REGISTRATION FEE – U10 -
$500.00 PER TEAM (no free player with team fee)
$25.00
extra for each new
player to the League (for above age group)
(If you paid the 18 game
schedule fee this does not apply to you as you are paid)
U11/12 – $52.00 per player –
U13/14 – $57.00 per player
Each team receives 1 player
free
U11 through U14
team fees are due Monday, December 11, 2009 (at the League
office)

U15 through U19 team fees are due
Friday February 19, 2010 (at the League office) -
Approximate
start date: March 2010
There will be
8/12 games depending on the number of teams in your division
(with the
exception of
U15-19, they will have 6 games).
A team may carry a maximum of 18
players on
its roster (note:
U16-19 can carry 22 on roster WITH RESTRICTIONS).
A team roster starts
with the fall
season and continues throughout the winter (extended) season.
RELEASED
PLAYER - If a player no longer
wants to play soccer, a player action form MUST
be
filled out by the player, parent and coach and turned into the
office to free up a spot on your
roster.
A coach shall be permitted to
release (drop) a player from the roster only under special
circumstances.

Player card and
membership form
must accompany a release form.
NEW PLAYER
(not registered on any USYSNV team in the fall 2009 season). A
registration
form, copy of
their birth certificate and 1 wallet-sized picture must be
turned into the office with
appropriate fee.
TRANSFERRED
PLAYER - Membership form,
player card and fee ($20.00 – check or money
order
made payable to USYSNV – no cash excepted) must accompany a
completed
player
action
form.

Because of our
limited fields and times for the winter season we will only
except scheduling
requests for
teams that are traveling to tournaments/games out of state.
Scheduling requests
(IN
WRITING) must be turned into the
office with your fees.

Any request
after that date
could
result
in
a forfeit for the team.
Stats are kept
for the winter (extended) season.
Winners will be announced after the
completion of all
games.
Awards will be given out at a later
date.
